Description 1. The Municipality Of Ternate, Cavite, Through The Special Education Fund Of The Municipality Of Ternate, Cavite Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seven Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Five Pesos (p 799,955.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Sports Equipment For 2024 Division Meet. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected In Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Ternate, Cavite Now Invites Bids For The Procurement Of Sports Equipment For 2024 Division Meet. Delivery Of Goods Is Required To Be Completed Within 15 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Committed In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii, Instructions To Bidders. 3.
