Description Invitation To Bid Infra-2024-06-39 Construction Of Perimeter Fence At Tanza Municipal Jail-male Dormitory (rebidding) Daang Amaya I, Tanza, Cavite The Municipality Of Tanza, Through The Annual Budget Approved By The Sanggunian, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Nineteen Thousand Five Hundred Eighty-eight & 87/100 Pesos (php 319,588.87) Being The Abc To Payment Under The Contract For Infra-2024-06-39 Construction Of Perimeter Fence At Tanza Municipal Jail-male Dormitory (rebidding). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Municipality Of Tanza Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of Work Is Required Within 16 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
