Description Invitation To Bid Infra-2024-07-42 Construction Of Health Center Julugan I, Tanza, Cavite The Municipality Of Tanza, Through The Annual Budget Approved By The Sanggunian, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Sixty-seven Thousan Nine Hundred Forty-two & 99/100 Pesos (php 3,067,942.99) Being The Abc To Payment Under The Contract For Infra-2024-07-42 Construction Of Health Center At Julugan I. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Municipality Of Tanza Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of Work Is Required Within 73 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
