The Municipality Of Santo Tomas, La Union, Through The Budget For The Contract Approved By The Sanggunian Under Ra No. 8240 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million, Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (php 1,500,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Improvement Of Cupang-casantaan Farm To Market Road (cupang Section). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Santo Tomas, La Union Now Invites Bids For The Improvement Of Cupang-casantaan Farm To Market Road (cupang Section) In Cupang, Santo Tomas, La Union. Completion Of The Works Is Required Is Within 45 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. 3.
