The Municipality Of Santo Tomas, La Union, Through The Budget For The Contract Approved By The Sanggunian Under Ra 8240 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Pesos (php 3,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Concreting Of Ambitacay Farm To Market Road. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Santo Tomas, La Union Now Invites Bids For The Concreting Of Ambitacay Farm To Market Road At Ambitacay, Santo Tomas, La Union. Completion Of The Works Is Required Is Within 35 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. 3.
