The Local Government Unit Of Sikatuna, Through 20% Development Fund Cy2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (php3,200,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply & Delivery Of Brand New 95hp Tractor With Accessories ( Disc Plow And Trailing Harrow)/sikatuna-2024-goods-22. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Sikatuna Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Shall Be Within (30) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Past Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
