The Local Government Unit Of Siay, Through The Budget Approved By The Sanggunian Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Forty Thousand Two Hundred Eighty One Pesos And 55/100 (php 340,281.55) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Diesel And Oil For Use Of Lgu Light And Heavy Equipment For The Improvement Of Local Road Jnh Barangay Mirangan To Sitio Botongan, Brgy. Lagting, Siay, Zs (20% Edf 2024). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Siay, Zamboanga Sibugay Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Thirty Days (30) Calendar Days After Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 2-years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
