Description Invitation To Bid For The Supply And Delivery Of 120 Pre-filled Syringe Quadrivalent Human Papilloma Vaccines (hpv) Preventing Infection And Protecting Against The Spread Of Virus/g2024-033 1. The Municipal Government Of San Vicente, Palawan, Through The Gender And Development (gad) Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (₱360,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of 120 Pre-filled Syringe Quadrivalent Human Papilloma Vaccines (hpv) Preventing Infection And Protecting Against The Spread Of Virus/g2024-033. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. Additional Requirements To All Bidders 1. Must Be Registered At Food And Drug Administration (fda) Portal 2. With License To Operate (lto) From Fda With List Of Sources (whether It Is A Manufacturer, Importer, Seller Or Distributor) Requirements To The Winning Bidder/supplier A. The Item Shall Have Its Corresponding Valid Certified Product Registration (cpr) And To Be Presented To The End-user During The Actual Delivery. B. The Items To Be Delivered Should Have A Shelf-life Span Of At Least Two (2) Years From The Date Delivered. C. Vaccines Must Be Delivered And Accepted By The End-user In A Cold Chain. 2. The Municipal Government Of San Vicente, Palawan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
