The Municipal Government Of San Vicente, Palawan, Through The Development Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Pesos (₱1,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction Of Flood Control With Irrigation Canal At Brgy. New Canipo, This Municipality/i2024-008-cb. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. Additional Requirement To All Bidders: 1. Discounts Offered Reflected On The Bid Form Should Have A Corresponding Bill Of Quantities And Detailed Estimates As Ready Reference During The Detailed Evaluation Of The Bids And Awards Committee Additional Requirement To The Winning Contractor: 1. Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp) The Contractor Shall Obtain Contractor’s All Risk Insurance (cari) Issued By The Government Service Insurance System (gsis). The Contractor Shall Submit A Copy Of The Insurance Policy To The Entity And It Shall Take Effect At The Beginning Of Contract Execution. 2. The Municipal Government Of San Vicente, Palawan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Sixty-five (65) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders On August 30 To September 18, 2024 From Given Address And Upon Payment Of The Applicable Fee For The Bidding Documents, Pursuant To The Latest Guidelines Issued By The Gppb, In The Amount Of Five Thousand Pesos (₱5,000.00). Bidding Documents Not In Compressed Archive Folders And Are Not Password-protected, Shall Be Rejected.
