The Municipal Government Of San Vicente, Palawan, Through The Appropriations Ordinance Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Five Hundred Forty-nine Thousand Six Hundred Sixty Pesos (₱4,549,660.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply Of Diesel, Gasoline And Lubricants Intended For The 1st Semester Of 2025 Requirement Of Different Offices/bac-gds-2024-006-epa. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 1. 34,428 Liters Diesel 2. 19,810 Liters Gasoline 3. 5 Liters Engine Oil 30 4. 12 Liters Oil 30 Gasoline 5. 8 Liters Oil 40 Diesel 6. 18 Liters 20w40 Inclusion: Provision Of Diesel Tank Until Such Time The Total Volume Of Requirements Has Been Completely Withdrawn/consumed The Bidders, Therefore, Are Herewith Informed Of The Following: A. Interested Bidders Are Invited/requested To Submit Their Bid Proposals Based On Indicative Budget (i.e. Subject To Final Approval) Through This Invitation To Bid, Together With The Bidding Documents; B. The Financial Bid Proposal Of The Winning Bidder Will Be The Contract Amount Which Is Considered Fixed Price. A Change In The Form Of The Bid Security Is Allowed If This Is Made Prior To The Expiration Of The Bid Validity Sought To Be Extended. If The Bidder Refuses To Extend The Bid Validity, The Pe Shall Reject The Bid Submitted By The Bidder. 2. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required 6 Months/within The Semester. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
