Prospective Bidders Shall Submit Their Duly Accomplished Forms As Specified In The Bds In Two (2) Separate Envelopes To Be Sealed In Mother Enveloped To The Bac Chairman. The First Envelope Shall Contain The Eligibility & Technical Component Of The Bid And The Second Enveloped Shall Contain The Financial Components Of The Bid.
