Description 1.the Local Government Of San Mariano, Isabela Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Sixteen Million Two Hundred Fifty Three Thousand Two Hundred Forty Six Pesos And Sixty-six Centavos (p 116,253,246.66) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) With Solicitation No. Infra-etg-10-24-034 To Payments Under The Construction Of San Mariano Water System - Phase 2 Through Loan Assistance From The Land Bank Of The Philippines. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2.the Local Government Of San Mariano, Isabela Now Invite Bids For The Construction Of San Mariano Water System - Phase 2. Completion Of The Works Is Required In Three Hundred Sixty (360) Calendar Days. The Project Comprises The Design And Build Scheme For The Detailed Design, Two (2) Booster Pumping Stations, One Concrete Ground Reservoir With 160 Cubic Meters Capacity, Powerline Extension With Distribution Transformer And Accessories, Diesel Generator Set, Two (2) 100-cu.m. Steel Elevated Tanks, Pipelines And Appurtenances And Service Connection Clusters. The Prospective Bidder Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years Prior To The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Single Largest Completed Contract (slcc) Similar To The Project, Equivalent To At Least 50% Of The Abc. Second-step Procedure: Only Those Bids That Passed The Above Criteria Shall Be Subjected To The Second Step Of Evaluation.
