Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Eastern Samar Municipality Of San Julian Lgu Bids And Awards Committee (lgu-bac) Invitation To Bid For The Procurement Of Equipment, Materials And Supplies Re: Id Card Production System 1. The Local Government Unit Of San Julian Through The General Fund-capital Outlay/office Of The Mayor (supplemental Budget Ao No. 05 S. 2024) Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Ninety-five Thousand Pesos Only (php 195,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Equipment, Materials And Supplies Re: Id Card Production System With Project No. Oct-2024-009. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of San Julian Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project Which Is 50% Of The Abc Of This Project. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”..
