Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of San Isidro, Northern Samar Now Invites Bids For Completion Of Multi-purpose Building (training & Livelihood Center) . Completion Of The Works Is Required For One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). Scope Of Works Completion Of Two Storey Multi-purpose Building W/ Dimension Of 13.2m By 16.0m And Floor Area Of 242.88 Sq.m. Which Includes Concreting Of Site Development. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
