The Local Government Unit Of San Isidro, Northern Samar, Through The General Fund/df, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Million Three Hundred Forty Seven Thousand One Hundred Fifty Three Pesos And 51/00.(php9,347,153.51) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Site Development @ Public Cemetery . Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of San Isidro, Northern Samar Now Invites Bids For Site Development @ Public Cemetery. Completion Of The Works Is Required For One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). Scope Of Works Land Development Of Public Cemetery At An Area Of 16,608.00 Sq.m. Excavation And Embankment Of Area To Minimize Slope And Elevation. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
