Description Invitation To Bid For The Procurement Of Fuel, Oil, And Lubricants For Municipal Agriculture Office And Bantay Roxas 1. The Local Government Unit Of Roxas, Palawan, Through The 2024 Omm- Mooe, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Forty-seven Thousand Four Hundred Forty-eight Pesos And 70/100 (php 347,448.70) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments For Procurement Of Fuel, Oil, And Lubricants For Municipal Agriculture Office And Bantay Roxas. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Of Roxas, Palawan, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Now Invites Bids For The Procurement Of Fuel, Oil, And Lubricants For Municipal Agriculture Office And Bantay Roxas. Delivery Of Goods Is Required Within 120 Calendar Days. Goods Shall Be Delivered On Site. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. A. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184. 3.
