The Local Government Unit Of Roxas, Palawan, Through Annual Budget Cy 2024, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Nine Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-five Pesos (php 309,235.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments For The Procurement Of Laboratory Supplies To Examine The Patients For The Preparation For The Business Permit Renewal Fy 2025. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Of Roxas, Palawan, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Now Invites Bids Procurement Of Laboratory Supplies To Examine The Patients For The Preparation For The Business Permit Renewal Fy 2025. Delivery Of Goods Is Required Within 30 Calendar Days. Goods Shall Be Delivered On Site. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. A. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184. 3.
