Description Invitation To Bid For The Provision Of Office Supplies And Materials For Business Permit And Licensing Office 1. The Local Government Unit Of Roxas, Palawan, Through Annual Budget, Cy 2024, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Hundred Ten Thousand Six Hundred Eight Pesos & 80/100 (php 410,608.80) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments For The Provision Of Office Supplies And Materials For Business Permit And Licensing Office. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Of Roxas, Palawan, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Now Invites Bids Provision Of Office Supplies And Materials For Business Permit And Licensing Office. Delivery Of Goods Is Required Within 30 Calendar Days. Goods Shall Be Delivered On Site. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly In Section Ii. Instruction To Bidders. A. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184. 3.
