Description Invitation To Bid For The Project “supply And Delivery Of Trash Containers With Metal Frame” The Municipality Of Rosales, Through The General Fund 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Thirty-two Thousand & Five Hundred Pesos Only (php 1,032,500.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For “supply And Delivery Of Trash Containers With Metal Frame”. 1. Project Id No. 10a-039-2024. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Rosales Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Project Is Required Thirty Calendar Days (30 C.d). Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
