Description Invitation To Bid For The Project “supply And Delivery Of Drugs And Medicines For Municipal Health Office (3rd Qtr 2024)” The Municipality Of Rosales, Through The General Fund 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eight Hundred Twenty-nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-seven And 50/100 Pesos Only (php 829,997.50) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For “supply And Delivery Of Drugs And Medicines For Municipal Health Office (3rd Qtr 2024)” 1. Project Id No. 7a-025-2024. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Rosales Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Thirty Calendar Days (30 C.d) Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
