The Local Government Unit (lgu) - Peňarrubia, Abra, Through The 20% Development Fund Of The Lgu To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Pesos (php 2,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Construction Of Multi - Purpose Building (pnp Sub - Station). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit (lgu) - Peňarrubia, Abra, Now Invites Bids For The Construction Of Multi - Purpose Building (pnp Sub - Station). Delivery Of The Goods/services Is Required Within Thirty (30) Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
