The Municipality Of Orion, Bataan Through The General Appropriation Act Of 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (php 1,600,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Purchase And Delivery Of Led Screen For Different Activities Use At Kamalig (orion Sports Complex) (24itb-g-lv03-042-r). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Orion, Bataan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required To Be Completed Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
