Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Cavite Municipality Of Naic Bids And Awards Committee Pb-services-2025-003 Invitation To Bid (early Procurement Activity (epa) For Fy 2025) Procurement Of Event Management Services For Naic-lgu Various Activities From January To June 2025 1. The Municipal Government Of Naic Through Its 2025 General Fund/office Of The Mayor Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (php 2,500,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Event Management Services For Naic-lgu Various Activities From January To June 2025. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipal Government Of Naic Now Invites Bids For The Procurement Of Event Management Services For Naic-lgu Various Activities From January To June 2025. Delivery Of Services/work Is Required For Six (6) Months. Bidders Should Have Completed A Similar Contract With A Value Of At Least 50% Of The Abc Within Three (3) Year From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids.
