Quines, Mayantoc, Tarlac Approved Budget For The Contract :p 800,000.00 All Particulars Relative To Eligibility Statement And Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-bidding Conference, Evaluation Of Bids, Post Qualification And Its Implementing Rules And Regulations By Provisions Of R.a. 9184 And Its Irr. 1. The Municipal Government Of Mayantoc, Province Of Tarlac, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Invites All Prospective Bidders To Apply For Eligibility And Subsequently Bid For The Multi-purpose Pavement At Purok 1 And 7 At Barangay Pedro L. Quines, Mayantoc, Tarlac. The Project Shall Be Completed Within Ninety (90) Days. The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Is Eight Hundred Thousand (p800,000.00) Pesos. 2. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Purchased By Interested Bidders Upon Payment Of A Non-refundable Fee Of One Thousand Pesos Only (p1,000.00). The Bidder Or His Authorized Representative Shall Receive The Bidding Documents Starting May 20, 2024. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 4. Eligible Bidders Must Submit Their Bids On Or Before May 28, 2024. A Bid Security In The Prescribed Form And Amount Must Accompany All Bids. 5. Bid Opening Will Be On May 28, 2024, At 10:00 Am At The Municipal Town Hall, Mayantoc, Tarlac. Bids Will Be Open In The Presence Of The Bidder Or His Authorized Representative. 6. The Bids And Awards Committee Reserves The Right To Accept Or Reject Any Bid, To Annul The Bidding Process, And To Reject All Bids At Any Time Prior To Contract Award, Without Thereby Incurring Any Liability To The Affected Bidder Or Bidders.
