The Local Government Unit Of Matalom, Leyte Through The Gf 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seven Hundred Eighteen Thousand Pesos (₱718,000.00) Only Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Hybrid Rice Seeds For Distribution To Rice Farmers At Lgu-matalom, Leyte. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening.
