The Municipality Of Marihatag, Surigao Del Sur Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Thirty-four Thousand Pesos (p334,000.00) Only Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc), To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply & Delivery Of Industrial Fan. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Marihatag, Surigao Del Sur, Now Invites Bids From Eligible Bidders For The Supply & Delivery Of Industrial Fan. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Seven (7) Calendar Days. The Description Of Eligible Bidders Is Contained In Section Ii Of The Bidding Documents, Itb. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criteria As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations Part A Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 4. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From The Municipality Of Marihatag, Surigao Del Sur And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below From 9:00 Am To 4:00pm. 5.
