The Municipality Of Marihatag, Surigao Del Sur Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (p420,000.00) Only Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc), To Payments Under The Contract For The Request For Expression Of Interest For The Consultancy Services In The Preparation Of An Enhanced/corrected Program Of Work And Detailed Engineering Design That Is Compliant With The Prdp Approved Format And Templates . Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Marihatag, Surigao Del Sur, Now Invites Bids From Eligible Bidders For The Request For Expression Of Interest For The Consultancy Services In The Preparation Of An Enhanced/corrected Program Of Work And Detailed Engineering Design That Is Compliant With The Prdp Approved Format And Templates . Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Seven (7) Calendar Days. The Description Of Eligible Bidders Is Contained In Section Ii Of The Bidding Documents, Itb. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criteria As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations Part A Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. 4.
