The Municipality Of Mambajao Through The Bids And Awards Committee(bac) Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Eight Hundred Eighteen Thousand Eight Hundred Six Pesos And 04/100 (php 1,818,806.04) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Purchase Request No. ______. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc For Each Lot Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Mambajao Now Invites Bids For The Construction Of Multipurpose Building. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Two Hundred Thirty-one (231) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3.
