The Municipality Of Malvar Through The Appropriation Ordinance No.001-04 Dated April 15, 2024 Series Of 2024 As General Fund Supplemental Budget No. 1 For Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eight Hundred Ten Thousand Pesos (p 810,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Construction Of Street Lights At Brgy. Poblacion Malvar, Batangas With Solicitation Number I-072024-009739. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Malvar Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within 45 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
