The Municipality Of Malvar Through The Appropriation Ordinance No.006-12 Dated December 18, 2023 General Fund Annual Budget For Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos (p 360,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Purchase Of Anti Rabies Vaccine In The Office Of The Municipal Agriculture, Malvar Batangas With Solicitation Number G-022024-009544. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Malvar Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within 7 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
