The Municipality Of Malvar Through The Appropriation Ordinance No. 006-12 Dated December 18, 2023 General Fund Annual Budget For Cy- 2024 Intends To Apply The Total Sum Of One Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (p 1,200,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Purchase Of Medicines For 15 Barangays In Malvar, Batangas With Solicitation Number G-082024-009758. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Malvar Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project.
