The Municipality Of Malvar Through The Appropriation Ordinance No. 006-12 Dated December 18,2023 General Fund Annual Budget For Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Hundred Eighty Five Thousand One Hundred Pesos (p 485,100.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Purchase Of Medals To Be Used For The End Of School Year Rites Of Various Schools At Malvar Batangas With Solicitation Number G-042024-009609. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Malvar Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of Goods Is Required Within 7 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project.
