The Municipality Of Malvar Through The Appropriation Ordinance No.004-11 Dated November 28, 2023 Series Of 2023 As Supplemental Budget No.4 For Cy 2023 (continuing Appropriation) Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Eight Hundred Thirty-five Thousand Pesos (p 1,835,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Rehabilitation/improvement Of Road At Brgy.san Juan Malvar Batangas With Solicitation Number I-022024-009549. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Malvar Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within 60 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
