The Local Government Of Malalag, Through Its 20% Development Fund 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Hundred Fifty-two Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-four Pesos And 10/100 (php 452,234.10) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The “supply And Delivery Of Construction Materials For The Construction Of Hanging Bridge At Purok 5, Barangay Pitu, Malalag, Davao Del Sur”, Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Of Malalag Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of Construction Materials For The Construction Of Hanging Bridge At Purok 5, Barangay Pitu, Malalag, Davao Del Sur. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Fifteen (15) Calendar Days After Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3.
