Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Davao Del Sur Municipality Of Malalag Invitation To Bid For Supply And Delivery Of Fuel Use In The 24/7 Mdrrm Operations 1. The Local Government Of Malalag, Through The Mdddrmf 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Four Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (php 1,440,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Fuel Use For 24/7 Mdrrm Operations. 2. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 3. The Local Government Of Malalag Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Fifteen (15) Calendar Days After Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 4.
