The Local Government Of Malalag, Through Its 20% Development Fund 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Ninety-nine Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty-five Pesos (php 299,885.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The “supply And Delivery Of Construction Materials For The Construction Of Footbridge, Purok 2, Bolton, Malalag, Davao Del Sur”, Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Of Malalag Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of Construction Materials For The Construction Of Footbridge, Purok 2, Bolton, Malalag, Davao Del Sur. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Fifteen (15) Calendar Days After Receipt Of Notice To Proceed.
