Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Davao Del Sur Municipality Of Malalag Invitation To Bid For Supply And Delivery Of Construction Materials For The Construction Of Fence And Gate At The Bureau Of Fire Station 1. The Local Government Of Malalag, Through Its Annual Budget Of Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Nine Thousand One Hundred Forty-five Pesos (php 209,145.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Construction Materials For The Construction Of Fence And Gate At The Bureau Of Fire Station. 2. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 3. The Local Government Of Malalag Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Fifteen (15) Calendar Days After Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 4. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
