The Local Government Of Malalag, Through Its 20% Df 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos (php 800,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Hydraulic Rock Breaker. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Of Malalag Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Fifteen (15) Calendar Days After Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
