The Local Government Of Malalag, Through Its Annual Budget Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Hundred Thousand Pesos (php 900,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The “”, Bids Received Supply And Delivery Of Brand New Utility Vehicle (utility Van Type) For Monitoring And Patrol Operations In Response To Peace And Order Situation In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Of Malalag Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of Brand New Utility Vehicle (utility Van Type) For Monitoring And Patrol Operations In Response To Peace And Order Situation Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days After Receipt Of Notice To Proceed.
