Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Davao Del Sur Municipality Of Malalag Invitation To Bid For Supply And Delivery Of Rice To Provide Assistance To Farmers Affected By Extreme Dry Season (el Niño) 1. The Local Government Of Malalag, Through The Mdddrmf 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (php 1,350,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Rice To Provide Assistance To Farmers Affected By Extreme Dry Season (el Niño). 2. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 3. The Local Government Of Malalag Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Fifteen (15) Calendar Days After Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 4. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
