The Municipality Of Mahaplag, Leyte, Through The Local Disaster Risk Reduction Trust Fund Cy 2024 And Local Disaster Reduction Risk Reduction Trust Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (php 800,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Stock Filing Of Basic Emergency Supplies For Mdrrm Of Lgu Mahaplag, Leyte. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Mahaplag, Leyte, Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of Various Items Of Basic Emergency Supplies For Mdrrm Of Lgu Mahaplag, Leyte For Purposes Of Stock Filing For Any Eventualities Of Calamities, Typhoon And Disasters. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
