Description Invitation To Bid For The Improvement/ Rehabilitation Of Labut Farm To Market Road Phase Ii The Municipality Of Magsingal, Ilocos Sur, Through The Ra7171 (fy 2021 Collection) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Fourteen Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱14,400,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Improvement/ Rehabilitation Of Labut Farm To Market Road Phase Ii With Solicitation Number 24-04-075. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Municipality Of Magsingal, Ilocos Sur Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required One Hundred And Twenty (120) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii: Instructions To Bidders. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
