Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Cebu Municipality Of Madridejos Invitation To Bid For Repainting Works Of Lawisanon Café Building Phase 2 At Kota Heritage Park 1. The Municipality Of Madridejos, Through The 20% Development Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Seventy One Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty One Pesos And 97/000 (php 371,721.97) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Repainting Works Of Lawisanon Café Building Phase 2 At Kota Heritage Park. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Madridejos Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Nineteen (19) Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders On July 09, 2024 To July 29, 2024 From The Address Below And Upon Payment Of The Applicable Fee For The Bidding Documents, Pursuant To The Latest Guidelines Issued By The Gppb, In The Amount Of Five Hundred Pesos And 00/000 (php 500.00).
