The Municipal Government Of Mlang, Through The Annual Budget Cy 2024 Approved By The Sanggunian Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Seventy One Thousand One Hundred Pesos (p 271,100.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Petroleum, Oil And Lubricant Use For The Repair And Maintenance Of Municipal Roads At Barangay Poblacion A And Poblacion B, Mlang, Cotabato. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipal Government Of Mlang Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By Within (10) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
