The Local Government Unit Of Lupi, Camarines Sur, Through Its 20% Economic Development Fund (edf) 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Million Pesos Only (php5,000,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) For Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Civil Works (construction Of 2-storey Public Market Building-phase 2 At Colacling, Lupi, Camarines Sur). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Lupi, Camarines Sur Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within 120 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. Sub-contracting Is Not Allowed.
