The Municipal Government Of Lobo, Batangas, Through The Mswd Office Fund On Family Welfare Services-donations Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Million Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (php 4,200,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply Of Rice As Assistance For Fourteen Thousand (14,000) Families As Part Of Family Welfare Services At Municipality Of Lobo, Batangas/project Id No. Mswd-2024-01-0002. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipal Government Of Lobo, Batangas Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By 9 Months From The Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
