Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Linamon Now Invites Bids For Labor And Materials For Robocon Fmr Road Upgrading. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Sixty (60) Calendar Days After The Issuance Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
