The Municipality Of Lemery, Through The Annual Budget 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Two Hundred Ninety- Nine Thousand One Hundred Sixty- Two & 12/100 Pesos (2,299,162.12) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction/ Improvement/ Rehabilitation Of Drainage Canal At Barangay Lucky Connecting To Filipinismo Street With Project Identification Number B2024-067. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Lemery Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within 45 Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
