The Local Government Unit Of Laoang, Through Lgu General Fund Fy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Fifty Nine Thousand Three Hundred Pesos (php359,300.00) Only Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Meals For Lgu-laoang Various Activities With Project Number Itb-11-2024-g. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Laoang Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Shall Be Based On The Actual Date Of Event Or Activity To Be Provided By The End User. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
