The Local Government Unit Of Langiden, Abra, Thru Financial Assistance From Department Of Health (doh), Series Of 2024, Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (php 100,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For Dohrhu2024cw6: Completion/ Upgrading/ Repair Of Langiden Rhu Ghts (municipal Wide), Langiden, Abra. The Alternative Method Of Procurement Of Negotiated Procurement Pursuant To Section 53.9 (small Value Procurement) Of The Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations Of Republic Act No. 9184 Shall Be Employed. Proposals Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit-langiden, Abra Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required 30 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders On August 28, 2024 – September 6, 2024, From The Address Below And Upon Payment Of The Applicable Fee For The Bidding Documents, Pursuant To The Latest Guidelines Issued By The Gppb, In The Amount Of Two Hundred Pesos (php 200.00).
